We firmly believe that we are here to kickstart the long journey that all youth have ahead of them. Our mission is to restore independence and strength, empowering individuals to thrive despite any challenges they may face. Our dedicated team of professionals brings extensive experience in working with children navigating difficult times. Whether they are transitioning from juvenile detention, navigating post-school life, or coping with disabilities such as mental health conditions, intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, physical disabilities, and more, we are committed to providing tailored support and guidance. SCHOOL LEAVERS PROGRAM Transition is key to long term success. - We aim to engage with our students while they are still at school as we recognised that the transition into our co-working space is just as important as a transition into an inclusive work environment. Our students need to feel

SAFE before any further learning can begin 3-6 months Explore and Discover period. - In the first 6 months, once the students have adapted well into our co-working space, we will begin our Explore and Discover process. The aim of this process is to uncover any certain skills or talents they may have. It is also during this phase we spend time understanding the things the students dislike or certain behaviours that may prevent the student from learning. This is all done under supervised support.
