The Opportunity
We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and dynamic School Secretary to undertake a diverse range of administration tasks within our busy school office. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the school community. You will work as part of a collaborative team providing services to parents, students, school staff and the wider school community.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Telephone and email management.
Maintain efficient functioning of the school reception.
Administration of filing and online student management systems.
Assisting with the organisation of school events and activities.
Assisting with creating school documents, letters.
First aid duties as required (First Aid certificate desired or willingness to undertake training provided).
Running and organising the uniform shop.
Resource and stationery management.
Selection Criteria
At least 2 (two) years’ administration experience.
Sound Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Display proven communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask.
Demonstrated commitment to the NSW Office of Children’s Guardian Child Safe Standards.
Current Working with Children Check.
Australian Citizen, permanent resident or a valid visa with full working rights in Australia.
Commitment to Catholic and Edmund Rice ethos of the School.
