Connect is an NDIS Registered Support Provider that aims at maximising the choice, control and capacity of our participants. Founded on the values of self-determination, dignity and empowerment, we strive to put people at the hearts of our services.

Services we offer:

- Community Participation (specialised in 1:1, however we do run group programs too)

- Assistance with Daily Living (in-home care, medication management and building routines and independence around daily living skills)

- Respite and STA

- SIL (currently vacancies at Hurstville Property)

- Support Coordination / Recovery Coaching

- Incredible Experiences Program (Holiday Group Trips)

- School Transition Program

- Access Success- Assistance with applying to the NDIS

What makes us different is that our whole philosophy is based on capacity building and developing independence skills to promote dignity and empowerment! We monitor this process through monthly progress reports and open, transparent communication with families! We also facilitate daily check-ins via our family WhatsApp groups.
