ADSR was founded on the belief that every person is unique, and each individual has different abilities and care needs. Our mission is to enhance the life of people with disability and their families. We do this by recognising the abilities of each individual and supporting them to live their best life.

Our name was inspired by wanting to ‘advance’ the quality of supports and services provided to people living with a disability.
