The Work Education Program at St Gabriel’s equips students with the practical skills, confidence and independence needed for post-school life.

Through a combination of classroom learning, vocational experiences and community-based opportunities, students develop workplace, communication and life skills that support successful transitions to employment, further training and independent living.

Work Education

In Years 9 and 10, students learn to develop practical life, workplace and communication skills that build confidence and independence.

Work and the Community

Students participate in vocational learning, work experience and transition planning to prepare for employment, further training and life beyond school.
