St Gabriel’s School is an Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) governed school and as such is subject to the EREA Complaints Handling Policy.
The School welcomes feedback from all members of the School community and takes all complaints or concerns raised seriously. Processes have been established to ensure that any formal complaints made to the School are dealt with in a timely and fair manner. The School’s approach to dealing with formal complaints is contained in the documents below.
